How much does shipping cost?
We want you to have an easy and hassle-free shopping experience with us, so we offer Flat Rate Shipping for all orders:
- $5 USD for all shipments within Canada and the contiguous United States.
- $15 USD for shipments to Hawaii and Alaska.
- $35 USD for all international shipments outside Canada and the USA.
Orders are shipped via Canada Post from Vancouver, British Columbia.
Please Note: We do not cover the cost of customs, duties or taxes. These fees vary by country. They are the responsibility of the customer and are due upon receipt of your package. Happily, because our products are manufactured in Canada, there are NO customs or duty fees associated with our shipments to the USA.
How long will it take to receive my order?
With standard shipping your order should arrive in 7-9 business days. Please allow up to fourteen (14) days for shipments to remote locations. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, we have noticed that actual delivery times have been longer for some destinations. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a notification with a tracking number and an estimated arrival date.
If there are any issues receiving your order, please let us know by email.
Can I receive my order faster?
Yes, please contact us if you would like to choose another shipping option. Additional charges will apply.
What’s your return policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied with our products and service. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your purchase by following the return procedures below.
Please Note: Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
USA & CANADA CUSTOMERS:
- Please let us know that you would like a refund or exchange by emailing us at customerservice@wallisevera.com.
- We will send you a link so that you can print your FREE SHIPPING RETURN label.
- Please re-package your item in the same box it was originally shipped in.
- Drop off your item to any post office.
- Once your return is received, inspected and approved, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will then be processed immediately, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:
- Please let us know that you would like a refund or exchange by emailing us at customerservice@wallisevera.com.
- We are unable to provide shipping labels for overseas returns, so please ship your return back to us however it is most convenient for you.
- Please save your tracking number in the event you need to track your package.
- Once your return is received, inspected and approved, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will then be processed immediately, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
